Return & Exchange Policy
ALL shoes are EXCHANGE for shoes only within 14 days from purchase. We will not exchange shoes showing any signs of wear and they must be in the original packaging.
(We do not accept returns and no store credit will be offered on shoes.)
Undergarments, tights, any item we order specifically for you, and clearance/sale items are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
All clothing is returnable within 14 days. Tags must be attached, original packaging, item unworn and CLEAN. The return is up to the manager’s discretion.
The Cinnamon Tree is NOT responsible for any item that becomes damaged after 14 days of sale. We are happy to provide you with the manufacturer’s information.
All alterations (sewing, 3/4ing the shank, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange. If something needs to be changed after the alteration, there is a fee.
Cash transactions are store credit or exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds.
Orders placed online can be returned or exchanged in store following the above policies.
If you are mailing a return, the package must be post marked before 14 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
